- 2 / 5By Chris FrancisI've always been a fan of Chili's food, but this location just doesn't do it justice. It seems like every time I decide to give them another shot, the service lets me down yet again. Highlights include the time I waited 45 minutes at a table without getting service (and then walking out) or the time that my group of six waited an hour to get our food (the waitress disappeared after taking the appetizer order, and didn't show back up for 30 minutes) while the tables around us all were served. In addition -- I highly recommend that anyone not order the mac and cheese as a side at this location. After ordering it three different times and receiving it cold each time, I finally learned my lesson.January 07, 2017
